Flash Fiction Post 12

Hello everybody,

Quick update. Edit of book 2 of The Creator’s Egg now complete. Story board for book 3 in progress. Basic theme of chapters 1 to 5 scripted and layouts for the book and the story board done. Now I’m getting excited. I really enjoy starting a new book and can’t wait to get into the writing of it.

However I mustn’t get ahead of myself. I still have one more pass of the first two books to go through before I get the cover designs done and I still have to think about when to publish. And I have some really irritating admin to do – review of last year’s financial statements and financial spreadsheets for September and October. I think admin is the pits. To add insult to injury, I also have to visit the South African Revenue Services offices to clear up some personal details they are querying. That should eat up a whole morning. Yuck!

On the brighter side, I’m having fun with the Flash Fiction. It really is a challenge coming up with new ideas for stories but I still have a couple to finish. Today I’m sharing my story number 5.

One idea I had – when you post a comment on one of my stories, you would be welcome to suggest a topic for a story and I will gladly write one on that topic. I will also appreciate any other suggestions or comments you may have.

So on that note here is my fifth story called, The Watcher.

Cheers, Dave
